While the question itself isn’t completely correct – after all both YouTube and iTunes are services, not formats – still there are a lot of people who need to convert music from YouTube clips to iTunes format and add it to the library. Here is how you can do this using YouTube Music Downloader tool.
Browse YouTube
Open YouTube clip you want to transfer to iTunes in your browser. Right-click the address bar of the browser and copy the URL of the page to clipboard.
Add URL
Run YouTube to MP3 Converter and click the Paste URL button. The URL will be added to the download list of the program. Note that you can also drag-n-drop any given link to the window.
